Safe and reliable transportation is essential for many people right now and we are here to help. If your vehicle needs service or repair, is up for lease renewal or you need to discuss options about vehicle financing, our dealership is open, and we will help you.

Our entire team at Okotoks Honda is supporting the ‘flatten the curve’, stop the spread’ and ‘social distancing’ guidelines by Alberta Health Services as well as Honda Canada very seriously, so that we tackle COVID-19 together. . This has required us to make daily changes to our operations to meet the guidelines of health, safety and care for our customers and our team. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we adjust to the current times and thank you for allowing us to serve you in new and improved ways without comprising on our customer service.

Update: adjusting with current sanitary regulations and guidance, we have now re-arranged our customer lounges to have seats at 6 feet apart to uphold social distancing as well as 6 feet distance in our service and parts department. Furthermore, effective March 26th:

  • Beverage/cups have been removed because of high risk of touch
  • Water bottles available for our clients while they wait
  • Toys from the kids’ area and magazines from the guest lounges have been removed
  • We thank you for your understanding in this matter

If you do not feel well, or choose not to visit our store in-person, we are ready to serve you virtually through our social media platforms.

  • Buying or leasing a vehicle right now is intermittent. A priority for some and not important to some others. However, to those who are in need of a car, we are here. Our Skip The Dealer is enhanced, refreshed and ready for our clients to use
  • The entire process of pricing, payments, trade and credit approval can be done via text, phone, FaceTime and even online with full fledge delivery to your home or work.
  • In-Dealership Visits are also adjusted and refined with Social Distancing measures, gloves and full site and showroom disinfecting throughout the day
  • Our test drive and showroom vehicles are thoroughly sanitized as well before and after any customer interaction with any vehicle.
  • ‘Handshake free zones’  replace handshakes with a namaste or wave

  • Our Service Drive-Thru and Inside Cashier Desk has deployed 6 feet Social Distancing measures
  • The VIP Concierge/Pick Up & Drop Off Service has been enhanced with service to Okotoks, High River and Calgary area

We are continuing to closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, including guidance from medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Government of Canada Public Health Department  who will update us based on the published advisories of public health authorities. We will follow their direction to uphold our first priority of looking after the safety of our staff and customers. The Centers for Disease and Control Prevention (CDC) advises the following:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
